For Clients (Job Posters / Buyers)

As a Client, you post jobs, specify requirements (including any “no AI” preferences), and engage Writers directly upon claim.

1. Job Posting and Obligations

• Provide accurate, complete job details, deadlines, compensation, and specs.
• Pay Writers promptly upon satisfactory delivery (direct or agreed method).
• Communicate professionally; provide timely feedback/revisions.

2. Revisions

Unless specified otherwise in the job post:

• 1-2 revision rounds are included (reasonable scope changes only).
• Request revisions in writing within 7 days of delivery.
• Extra revisions beyond included rounds may incur additional fees (negotiated directly with Writer).
• Provide clear, specific feedback; vague or excessive requests may be declined.

3. AI-Generated Content Rules

You may specify in your job post if AI-assisted content is prohibited or limited. Writers must disclose any AI use (see Writers section). You agree not to misrepresent Writer-submitted content as fully human-authored if AI was used without disclosure.

4. Disputes and Mediation

First attempt direct resolution with the Writer. If unresolved, email hello@writehub.work with evidence (messages, deliverables). We mediate impartially (review within 5-7 business days). Escalation may follow our Refund Policy or legal channels (Florida courts).

5. Fees

Currently no platform fees for posting or hiring. We may introduce fees in the future (e.g., premium listings) with at least 30 days’ notice via email/Site posting.

6. Other Client Terms

• You own delivered content upon full payment (per job agreement).
• No off-platform circumvention to avoid direct engagement rules.
• Indemnify us for claims from your job content/use.

For Writers (Freelancers / Claimers)

As a Writer, you browse/claim jobs, deliver content, and coordinate directly with Clients post-claim.

1. Claiming and Obligations

• Claim only if qualified and able to meet deadline/quality.
• Deliver original, high-quality, plagiarism-free work.
• Communicate professionally; meet agreed terms.

2. Revisions

Unless specified otherwise:

• Provide 1-2 revision rounds included in the agreed fee.
• Respond to reasonable revision requests within agreed timelines (typically 48-72 hours).
• Additional revisions beyond included may be charged extra (negotiated directly).
• Decline unreasonable/scope-expanding requests.

3. AI-Generated Content Rules

You must disclose any use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) in your submission or profile if AI materially assisted the content. Pure AI-generated submissions (minimal human editing) are prohibited and may result in claim rejection, non-payment, or account suspension. Significant human editing, originality, and fact-checking are required for AI-assisted work. Clients may reject undisclosed AI content. Misrepresentation is a violation.

4. Disputes and Mediation

5. Fees and Payments

Currently no platform fees deducted from your earnings. Future fees (if introduced) will apply with 30 days’ notice. Payments are direct from Clients; we do not escrow or guarantee payment.

6. Other Writer Terms

• You grant Client ownership/license upon full payment.
• Represent work as original/non-infringing.
• Independent contractor status — no employment by us or Clients.
• Account suspension for violations (e.g., non-delivery, plagiarism, non-disclosure of AI).

General Terms (Applies to All Users)

• Eligibility: 18+ years old; accurate info required.
• Conduct: No harassment, fraud, spam, IP violations.
• Disclaimers/Liability: Service “as is”; limited liability (max $100 or prior payments).
• Governing Law: Florida law; disputes in Bay County courts.
• Termination: We may suspend/terminate for violations.
